Welcome to Warren County Community Services (WCCS) Inc.! WCCS is a delegate agency of the Community Agency Partnership. We contract with this agency to provide services for the Weatherization Assistance Program and the Community Services Block Grant Program. WCCS offers services that promote self-sufficiency. Warren County provides Emergency Services, Information & Referral as well as the Kinship Care Navigator Program.
