Walk- in ServicesAt our 719 Main Street facility, Community Action Partnership has staff available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday to see people on a walk-in basis. Emergency Financial AssistanceCommunity Action Partnership is currently taking application for emergency financial assistance to help Montgomery County residents maintain utility services and housing. This program is designed to prevent disconnection of DP&L and Vectren services, eviction and foreclosure. Funds are distributed on a first come-first served basis. The program will last until 9/30/10 or until all funds have been exhausted; whichever comes first.
