Work Ready

 Work Ready is an employment assistance program that may provide case management and limited financial assistance to eligible individuals to secure or maintain employment. 

The goal of the program is to remove identified barriers that prevent working and maintaining self-sufficiency.  Eligibility for Work Ready services is based on documentation of employment or impending employment  and income eligibility.
