Metropolitan Housing Authority
Community Action Partnership is the managing agent for the Darke County Metropolitan Housing Authority (DCMHA) and administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program. This is a rental subsidy program for eligible low-income families, elderly and disabled persons.
Customers are screened for income eligibility, and the units are inspected for Housing Quality Standards. Rents are compared to current market rent rates. DCMHA has two preference points: the homeless and veterans.
