Computer
Courses Expanded!
Community
Action Partnership is expanding the Computer Literacy
Program in an effort to better meet participant needs.
Classes will now be offered on both the Beginner and Intermediate
levels.
Beginner’s
Session is a four-week course that familiarizes participants
with the computer and its basic concepts, as well as introduces
word processing applications.
The
five-week Intermediate Session will cover proofing and
editing documents, exploring the World Wide Web and sending
and receiving an email (participants should be familiar
with using personal computers, have used a mouse and keyboard,
and be familiar with using Microsoft Word®).
Classes
are held at the agency’s Main Street Office. Pre-registration
is required. For more information or to register, please
contact Ms. LaSandra Wright, Director of the program,
at (937) 341-5000, ext. 125 or at lasandraw@cap-dayton.org.
