Community Action Partnership of the Greater Dayton Area (CAP) is the Community Action Agency serving five counties throughout southwest Ohio, with services in Butler and Miami Counties. Our mission is to work with local communities to eliminate the causes and conditions of poverty and to promote individual independence and self-sufficiency. Through programs like Home Weatherization Assistance, Head Start, Winter Crisis Program (E-HEAP) and services for the elderly, we provide life-sustaining services for low-to-moderate income people.
