Community Action Partnership of the Greater Dayton Area is a nonprofit Community Action Agency committed to eliminating poverty and promoting self-sufficiency by providing various programs and services for individuals and families in Butler, Darke, Greene, Montgomery, Preble and Warren Counties. The web site provides us an opportunity to inform and educate you on the services we provide, the counties we serve and the ways that you may be involved with our agency either through employment or volunteering. As you visit our web site, you will see that we care about the communities we serve and are truly dedicated to helping people, changing lives.

Our mission is to work in partnership with local communities to eliminate the causes and conditions of poverty and to promote individual independence and self-sufficiency.

In December 1964, this agency was established as a nonprofit Community Action Agency. 2012 marks 48 years of Community Action Partnership helping people, changing lives within southwest Ohio.
